Impulso —
UX/UI Design
& Digital Revamp

Clarifying a People Tech experience through UX and UI — restructuring information architecture, refining visual language, and delivering responsive layouts that match the maturity of the offering.

In short

A UX/UI revamp of a People Tech platform serving Brazil's largest tech community (60k then, 160k+ now). Over 4 years I redesigned 7 core pages across desktop + mobile, giving each of two audiences its own front door.

A people-first experience for a growing People Tech brand

Impulso is a People Tech company connecting companies and tech professionals through recruitment, team extension, and professional development. As the company scaled, its digital presence needed to better reflect the clarity and maturity of its offering.

The existing website struggled with unclear hierarchy and inconsistent visual patterns, making complex services harder to understand.

The challenge was to improve clarity and usability while preserving the brand's human-centered identity.

"Consistently impressed with her attention to detail, her ability to exceed expectations, and her creative problem-solving — and a genuine joy to work with."
Victoria Haidamus · Product Manager, Impulso

I approached the project with a human-centered mindset — starting with a UX audit to understand where users were getting confused or disengaged, then restructuring content and flows so services and value propositions were easy to scan and understand. Along the way I refined typography, spacing, and layout for a stronger visual rhythm, with responsive behavior considered throughout.

Structure first · wireframes set the hierarchy before any visual polish

I led the UX/UI revamp of Impulso's website, refining information architecture, redesigning key flows, and delivering responsive layouts that clearly communicate the company's value proposition.

The work involved close collaboration with product and stakeholders to align UX decisions with business strategy and user activation goals — and included creating scalable UI components that support both current needs and future growth.

The final experience delivers a cleaner, more confident interface that simplifies complex services, reinforces trust, and supports business goals through improved clarity and structure.

The revamp changed what the site does, not just how it reads. Companies and tech professionals used to share one generic front door; each now lands on a page built for its own goals. Job seekers got a scannable opportunities list with a detail view that answers the real questions. And the engagement itself is the after-launch evidence: Impulso kept bringing the work back for four years, 2020 to 2024.

"It was great to have you with us throughout this journey. I gained valuable learnings that I continue to apply in my work. The process was intense and enjoyable — exactly the way we like to work."
Kari Silveira · Director of Operations and Head of Impulso Network

Designing for complex B2B services reinforced how consistent UX and UI improvements — combined with a strategic visual revamp — can significantly elevate brand perception.

A people-first experience for a growing People Tech brand.
